Rumors speak of an old tin toy that moves without winding up. It has as many names as it has had owners, but most stories call it Battered Barry.

Some say that after many lifetimes of playing, then being forgotten, the toy turned spiteful.

It was last seen in a 1974 Kansas flea market, around the time a local child disappeared. Battered Barry has not been spotted since.
